  CHELSEA striker Timo Werner  chased  a lost dog for more than  a mile — only to end up defeated. Timo, 25, set off after the terrier  which was darting around in distress  in a park. Onlooker Vincent Cassidy, 55, said:  “The man was obviously a very fit and  fast runner but the animal couldn’t be  caught. “I thought the guy looked familiar.  Then suddenly I said, ‘That’s Timo  Werner’! “He kept going for over a mile all around  the park, but the dog was always just  out of reach.
